A kid's summer seems like a year and the 'kotas are making the most of every second.

     They have just about convinced themselves that all of this "dream business" is just that -- a dream.  But as the days get shorter and Halloween once again approaches, there are signs that all is not as it should be.  Planning for a fun Halloween, they fall into a deep sleep -- and awaken in The Fear Factory.  This factory doesn't manufacture bikes or skateboards.  It has only one product -- FEAR.

     Even best friends will do anything to avoid facing their worst fears. Can the 'kotas face these fears?  Will their bond of friendship hold?  If not, it could mean the end of everything.  The Row is about to become a battlefield for life as we know it.
